Peanut Butter Mouse - Follow Up

Well, good news folks (or bad, if you get off on this sick stuff.) The mouse-in-peanut-butter story was neither real nor a hoax. It was just a dumbass mistake. Turns out the "mouse" was actually just a moldy bit of apple that had fallen into the jar after much of the peanut butter had actually been eaten. Nothing was tainted. No creatures were mangled or killed.

The woman who found what she truly believed to be a mouse claimed not to have placed the apple in the peanut butter. I suspect she did, but it was an accident. She also claims that "she regretted not having done an independent analysis of the substance." Does this mean she never really even looked at it?? She did claim to have seen BONES and TEETH in there. Apparently at one point she also believed it might be a BIRD. Wow. I almost hope that happens.
